In order for the electric fence to work properly, it is very important to properly install the grounding of the electric fence. In order for the return wire to work through the ground, especially if it is dry, frozen, sandy or stony, it is important to adequately size the grounding.

Thus, depending on the energy type of electric fencing equipment, we recommend up to 1.5 m long grounding stakes and, if necessary, several of them connected together.

Our stable horizont ground stake with 1.5 m length and 3 mm material thickness made of galvanized T-angle iron is supplied complete with connection screw. We recommend the 1.5 m length for all 12 volt battery-powered mains devices and power supplies. The large contact area to the ground provides a more efficient grounding.
