The farmer® AN3000 electric fence can be connected to 230 V mains power and a 12 V battery at the same time. In the event of a mains power failure, uninterrupted operation is guaranteed via the battery. Optionally, the electric fence can also be operated with a solar panel.
The 3-stage LED display "Energy Control" offers a quick check of the battery capacity and also shows you the activity of the electric fence unit by flashing in time with the pulse output. The power saving circuit automatically adjusts the power consumption to the condition of the fence. For you as an animal owner, this means less energy consumption with well-insulated fences (little to no vegetation), less environmental impact, lower costs and less maintenance due to longer 12 volt battery life.
Our electric fence devices are made of high-quality plastics and are UV-resistant, splash-proof, torsion-resistant, impact-resistant and oil-resistant. This guarantees you many years of durability of the electric fence device.
The electric fence is suitable for fence lengths (medium vegetation) up to 4.8 km.
We recommend setting up the electric fence unit with 3 grounding rods for optimal herding safety.
